Welcome to q444. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and q444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the q444 website, mobile interface, and associated services available at q444.click.

By completing registration and creating an account at q444, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or continue to use q444's services.

q444 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and address at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, and at any time when account activity triggers a verification review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account at q444. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or payment details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering at q444, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q444 login credentials.
• You must not share your password or login details with any other person.
• Any activity conducted through your account is considered your responsibility regardless of whether it was authorised by you.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact q444 support immediately via live chat or email at support@q444.click.

q444 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months. Prior to closure, q444 will send a notification to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method.

All financial transactions at q444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• SadaPay (digital wallet)

The minimum deposit at q444 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large single deposits may be subject to additional verification under q444's anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times for mobile wallet withdrawals average under three minutes for standard accounts and are guaranteed under two minutes for VIP Club Platinum tier and above.

q444 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside q444's control. q444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once the withdrawal has been initiated from q444's side.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your q444 bonus balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirement will be stated in the promotion details.
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, crash games contribute 100%, and sports bets contribute at the rate specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• q444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that appears to have been claimed through fraudulent means, including use of multiple accounts or coordinated abuse.

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
• The minimum stake for any single sports bet at q444 is Rs 100.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed in the bet slip at the point of confirmation are the final odds for your bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. q444 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Bets on cancelled or postponed events will be void and the stake returned to the member's account unless the event is rescheduled and takes place within 24 hours of the original scheduled time.
• In the event of a technical error causing incorrect odds to be displayed, q444 reserves the right to void affected bets or settle at the correct odds, as determined by q444 at its sole discretion.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If any single selection in an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator recalculated with the remaining selections.

q444's cricket betting markets are particularly extensive given the importance of cricket in Pakistan. PSL, Test, ODI, and T20 International markets are all governed by these general terms plus any sport-specific rules published in the sports betting section of the q444 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at q444 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account is prohibited regardless of purpose.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using payment methods not in your own name, initiating chargebacks without legitimate grounds, or using stolen financial credentials.

q444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity or suspected fraud.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Member request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, q444 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance held in the account, including any pending winnings, pending withdrawals, and bonus balances. In cases where the breach is attributable to fraud or criminal activity, q444 may report the matter to law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach by the member, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's registered payment method.

q444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. All members have access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:
